Good things in 2011.........

I am so hopefull that this year is going to be great. We are getting our ducks in a row in every aspect of our lives. Here's what going on in our world,,,

Gracie loves to watch "Malcom Duke" aka Marmaduke. It's her new favorite movie. Little does she know that her cousin Liam left it at our house and is going to want it back soon... :(

Lucie is into everything she possibly can be. Trying to say words, but just can't get them out yet. There was one day that she said "I love you" twice, and I have it recorded to prove it. Since then nothing. Oh well.

Alex finished his last official basketball game as a 7th grader yesterday. Unfortunately RJ was stuck in class for work in Des Moines and I was home with Gracie who has ear infection so we couldn't make it. They lost their game, but this season has been great. He is now playing AAU again this month. His grades are looking better and just in time. He has several tournaments this month and next and is very excited about them. We think basketball is definetly his sport. We were a little sad to hear that he isn't playing baseball this summer, it would have been his first year in Baberuth. But he doesn't want to and that will give us more time to fish and camp and actually do some fun stuff rather than sit at the ball park all week and weekend long. (I still love to do that:) )

Our friends " The Woods' " turned us onto a great new game of "Mexican Trains Dominoes". We have been playing it every weekend and in our spare time. We love it.

We can't wait to see our friends "The Larsons' " sometime soon. We were crazy busy last weekend when we were supposed to get together and we ended up canceling, SORRY GUYS.
They are most gracious enough to help us with setting up a budget which we so desperatly need. Hopefully we can find time to see eachother again soon, we haven't seen Ellie walk yet and she is trucking all over the place!

As for RJ and I, we are still having fun raising our beautiful children. This year we will be looking forward to Gracie turning 3, Lucie turning 2 and that's right Alex will be 14. We still can't believe how much they have all grown so fast. Alex was 4 when RJ and I started dating. It's crazy.

Well that's enough about us, as Gracie say's "Mom you have to go to work to make money", so here I go....................
